Amy Gallagher, MBA, Founder and President
Amy oversees the organization’s vision and manages its day-to-day operations. Amy’s professional background extends back 26 years. She began her career in various marketing, public relations and event-planning positions. In 1992, she joined Delta Dental of Rhode Island as a marketing communications specialist, and was quickly promoted to an account manager with responsibility for client retention and new business. After almost four years at Delta Dental, Amy worked at Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare for 3 ½ years before joining United Healthcare, where she was responsible for developing new business opportunities with large employers throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island for six years. In 2005, Amy joined Cornerstone Group, where she was quickly appointed to Vice President of Major Accounts. In her role, Amy was the lead speaker at Cornerstone’s business forums, spoke regularly at business events in the community, was a healthcare contributor to Channel 10, and contributed a weekly blog for GoLocalProv. Amy Graduated from Bryant University with a BS in marketing in 1989 and an MBA in 2000.

Alisa Loiselle, Vice President/Commercial Lending, Bank Rhode Island, in Providence, Rhode Island

Alisa has 20 years of commercial banking experience and presently holds the position of Vice President, Senior Commercial Lender for BankRI. A native Rhode Islander, Alisa is highly devoted to the community and currently serves on the Rhode Island Board of Accountancy and is an active volunteer in the East Greenwich school system. Alisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Providence College and resides in East Greenwich, with her husband and three children.
Sonia Millsom, MPH Healthcare Business Strategist

Sonia Millsom is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience. She held a number of leadership positions at Best Doctors, Health Dialog, United Healthcare and Segal Company. Sonia works with providers, payers and employers to improve clinical outcomes and reduce costs. She held board positions at the National Coalition for Healthcare and the RI ALS Society. Her passion for healthcare started during her time as a Maternal Child Health Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco, North Africa. Sonia has a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University and a BA in Political Science from Boston College. She lives in East Greenwich, RI with her husband and two daughters.
Meghan Picotte, RN School Nurse Newport, RI

Meghan's nursing career spans 26 years. She currently serves as the school nurse for St. George's School in Middletown, Rhode Island. Previously, she was a nurse at Newport Hospital for six years, at Essex Pediatrics in Vermont, and at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Vermont. Before her nursing career, Meghan was an elementary school teacher. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Susquehanna University as well as one from the University of Vermont.
Linda Silveira, Real Estate Development Consultant

Linda Silveira, real estate development, financial and equity consultant, has been in the affordable housing development industry since 1989. She has facilitated the financing and development of more than $122 million of affordable housing nationwide, representing over 1,000 units. Prior to staring her own consulting firm working as a consultant, Linda served as Vice President of Affirmative Investments, Inc. in Boston, where she was responsible for all aspects of the development process. Previously, she was Executive Director at East Bay Community Development Corporation with overall administration responsibilities, including sound fiscal management, fundraising and board coordination.
 
Linda currently serves as a Trustee of Saint Elizabeth Community in East Greenwich, as the Director of Statewide Affordable Housing, and as a Trustee of Mount Hope Farm. She is a resident of Bristol, Rhode Island, and a graduate of Bryant University, where she received a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance.
Kimberly Whyte, Director of HR for Anchor Insulation

Kimberly Whyte is Human Resource Director at Anchor Insulation Co., Inc., where she is responsible for all aspects of employee relations and management, including hiring training and terminations, and oversees the employee benefits program. She received her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island in 1985 and HR certifications from Roger Williams University between 2000-2005. She and her husband live in Barrington, Rhode Island, and are the parents of three daughters..
